Clinic Director
Kyle Thrush, DPT
Kyle attended the University of Kansas and the University of Texas at Arlington for his Undergraduate degrees before attending the University of St. Augustine in Austin for his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2019. He has worked and studied Physical Therapy in multiple backgrounds over the past 8 years, including skilled nursing facilities, long-term neurological care, and acute care hospital to name a few; bringing those experiences to help adapt his care in the outpatient clinical setting.
When not working in the clinic, Kyle spends time taking care of his Australian Shepherd “Blue” and keeping up with Dallas sports and his Kansas Jayhawks.

The Staff at Green Oaks Therapy in Carrollton are the best – I feel they go above and beyond what they are supposed to do – Compassionate and caring. The ladies at the front desk are very welcoming and work with you with everything. By the time you are finished with therapy you feel like family
I specifically chose Green Oaks in Carrollton based on their reputation and local convenience. I was not disappointed. In a 5 ⭐️ world, Green Oaks Carrollton is a 6 ⭐️ organization. The front desk staff is amazingly personable and the PT staff is both knowledgeable and caring. They assess frequently and listen carefully to any changes I am encountering. If I feel I need a rest or a change up, they are very accommodating. Give them your business. You will not be disappointed.
