Clinic Director
Cody Smith, MSPT
Cody was born and raised in Arlington, Texas completing both his bachelors degree in Business Administration in 1999 and Masters of Science in Physical Therapy in 2001 both from Texas State University. He joined Green Oaks Physical Therapy where he has been the Clinical Director of the Cedar Hill clinic since 2002.
Cody specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports injury, and degenerative conditions emphasizing evidence-based practices to focus on a patient-centered approach and integrating advanced manual therapy techniques to maximize patient functional outcomes.
Outside the clinic, Cody enjoys spending time with his wife who is also a Physical Therapist, and their two daughters.

This is probably my sixth time going to Green Oaks in Cedar Hill. All of the therapists are attentive, kind, and professional. The front desk is very helpful and friendly. I have been for pre and post up cervical and lumbar problems. I have been for two surgical rehabs for my arms. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for therapy.
